Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information RashguardsPH (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit our shop, design products, request a quote or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

RashguardsPH designs and makes custom sublimated rash guards and sportswear in the Philippines. Our online shop runs on ProShops.app, a platform that hosts the shop, its 3D customizer and its order system for us. ProShops follows its own privacy policy for the data it handles on our behalf.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you give them, your name and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, never your Google password.
• Orders and quote requests: the products, designs, sizes, quantities and player names you choose, your shipping address, and the name, email, country, phone number and message you enter.
• Designs and artwork: the designs you create in our 3D customizer and the logos, images or files you upload for your products.
• Payments: if you pay online, Stripe, PayPal or Wise receive your card or account details directly. We never see or keep your full card number; we keep the payment reference, amount and status.
• Messages: what you send us by email, through our contact form, or by WhatsApp or Viber.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, recorded by our hosting so the shop works and stays secure.

3. How we use your information

• To create your account and sign you in.
• To prepare quotes, make, ship and support your orders, and send you order and shipping updates.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To keep the shop secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send you news and offers, only if you agree to receive them. You can stop them at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Our production team, so your order can be made and shipped.
• Couriers, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Service providers that run the shop for us, including ProShops.app (shop platform), Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe, PayPal and Wise (payments) and Google (sign-in, if you choose it). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
• WhatsApp or Viber, only if you tap our chat button or give us a chat number. Those chats follow those apps’ own privacy policies.
• The authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

5. Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and the design you are working on. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but you may then be unable to sign in or keep items in your cart.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as warranty, accounting and tax rules require. We keep your account details until you ask us to delete your account, and your saved designs and uploads while your account is active. When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to be informed about how we use your personal data, to access it, to have it corrected, to object to its use, to have it erased or blocked, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. If you live outside the Philippines, your local law may give you similar rights.
To use any of these rights, contact us through our Contact page. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We may need to keep records of completed orders where the law requires it.

8. Security

Your data is encrypted while it travels between your device and our shop, sign-in uses one-time email codes or Google instead of passwords, and only the people who need it can see your information. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

9. Children

Our shop is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian should place any order for a child. If we learn we have collected a child’s information, we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the Philippines. When they do, we make sure your information stays protected as the Data Privacy Act requires.

11. Links to other websites

Our shop may link to other websites and apps, such as social media or payment pages. This policy does not cover them; please read their own privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
